Pumpkin Pie Spice

My own blend of fall and holiday spices. You can use it in your favorite pumpkin pie recipe, pumpkin dip, or any number of other recipes.

Ingredients: ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, ground allspice

Pumpkin Dip Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 c. powdered sugar

2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1 - 15 ounce canned pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)

Directions:

Blend together powdered sugar, spices, and salt. Combine softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree. Blend together the dry ingredients and cream cheese mixture. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving with gingersnaps or vanilla wafers. Makes 3 1/2 cups of dip.
