Refund policy

All packages are packed with care, but mistakes can happen both by the shipping companies and sometimes human error prior to shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you can take a picture of the issue, that can be very helpful!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to food safety concerns, these items cannot be returned, even if unopened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Errors in ordering (or a change of mind) by the customer does not constitute a reason for refund.

We cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
