Delivery

Your order will be processed after we have successfully received payment for your purchase. Delivery will be made in the most economical way possible whether through personal delivery, pick-up from a pre-determined location, or shipping through USPS or other third party delivery service. When orders of non-granola products are placed during regular business days, shipment will be made within 24 hours. Granola purchases require a minimum of 3 business days to complete the order as these products are produced to order.

Refund Policy

Everyone has different taste in food products. Cassie’s Country Cupboard uses only the best quality ingredients in each product. Products are carefully packaged to guarantee safe delivery to you, but damage can occur due to mishandling by third-party services. If you receive damaged products, please let us know so that the third-party service can be notified. Due to the nature of food products, these items cannot be returned for a refund unless they are unopened and an error was made in order fulfillment.
