The light flavor of buckwheat combined with the health benefits of crushed grains give these pancakes a five star rating in both taste and nutrition. Available in both single batch and double batch options. Each batch produces 8 – 4″ pancakes.
Additional ingredients needed: 1 egg, 1 c. milk, 2 Tbsp. melted butter or oil, 1 T. sweetener (brown sugar, honey, pure maple syrup, etc)
Directions: Beat together the egg, milk, oil and sweetener in a medium bowl. Add pancake mix and stir until just moistened. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Cook on preheated and lightly greased griddle.
